This company has deceitful and misleading business practices like replacing parts that don't need replacing, upselling, and overcharging. They charged $550 in parts and labor for a problem that would have been solved with a $2 O-ring replacement ? when confronted they offered half the money back but then stoped responding and never actually paid.

We appreciate you being our customer for over 6 years. We always strive to keep a happy customer. Over the past 6 years, we replaced parts for you under warranty more than once, even when they were not manufacturer defects, and not under warranty. But we did it in an effort to keep a happy customer. This last time, the same part was broken and again not a manufacturer defect. Therefore, we cannot replace it again as a warranty item.
I had a great sale experience. The installation team did not follow all my directions and some of the heads had to be relocated which they did.

The salesman was great knew exactly what I wanted and needed the installers were awesome great job easy and quick I wish all my contractors were this great!!!! Highly recommend them
able to install 8 zones of sprinklers in half a day, great CS especially if you have questions regarding the app
