Absolutely horrid experience with this group. Used them for home owners insurance for a few years only to find out they didn't renew my policy last year and I've been without insurance for months. Not a huge deal (because thankfully nothing happened in that time) but it's now been 3 months of trying to get someone to help me. Each time I email them I receive a "we'll get back to you right away" or "so and so will be back in the office in a few days and will get you squared away". I looked into getting a quote from him and he was seemingly rude and did not seem to be interested in helping me to insure my business. He was very informal and made it seem like i was missing pertinent information in my inquiry so he couldn’t care less. Umm HELLO, i filled out the inquiry form on your website! Maybe you should update that to make it more specific before treating potential customers like they don’t know what they are talking about.
Greg and his staff are knowledgeable and very responsive. I would highly recommend him for all your insurance needs.
