Don’t recommend. First time we’ve had to have someone come rooter in several years. Had to have Greg’s come back, within a week or so, for same rooter service. Charged full price again - said it was a different issue this time. Not reasonable if you’re paying twice. Don’t stand behind their work. Will use someone else in the future.

I cannot speak for the 1 star reviews but my experience with Greg was fantastic. My plumber told me I needed to call Roto-rooter to fix an issue in our basement pipes. I googled Madison roto-rooter, saw Greg's Rite-Now was close and I called. He said he could come out right away and he did just that. He was friendly, informative and fixed the issue within a short time frame. We had a good conversation and he left! I would definitely use him again and recommend him. This guy is rude and unprofessional. He actually left my property multiple times (renter) because I asked him to take his shoes off or wear covers. No one wants dirty water tracked thru their house. He didn’t even have the decency to bring a towel to wipe up the mess he left. How hard is it to wear covers while you’re in the bathroom and take them off before coming out. How hard is it to just be respectful.
