We sincerely appreciated Greg’s straight-forward attitude and full disclosure about renters not being responsible for the agent fee beginning 8/1/25… He easily could have pushed us into taking anything on the market prior to then so as to ensure his fee but instead, he was upfront and transparent about the change in rules.
