Dr Stroup was great. He was on time. He explained the problem and the procedure at my level.When I had my colonoscopy, I had to wait too long before going in the procedure room. Anything more than an hour from arrival to in the procedure room is excessive. I waited about 1:45.

Very professional, took the time to explain what was going on and why. Listened to my concerns and promptly responded.

I had a great appointment. I was anxious and the care I was given alleviated all of my concerns and definitely made me feel much better. I was given care and attention that was kind, understanding, knowledgeable and supportive.
Excellent follow up for surgery done elsewhere.
I have felt courteously and professionally assisted. I was particularly impressed with the personal autonomy that was embraced as I decided my treatment paths.
