I purchased my C-HR last month with Donna, and I could not have asked for a better experience! Everyone was so friendly, and they got me into the car I wanted very quickly and with zero hassle. Donna took time out of her busy schedule to work with me over the phone the day before since I was driving in from Lafayette, that made all the difference to me. There are multiple Toyota dealerships within 30 minutes of me, but I chose to drive to Houma just to work with Greg Leblanc!
Absolutely amazing experience. Polo was very helpful and was not pushy at all. Definitely recommend coming here. It was worth the two hour drive!
Purchased a brand new vehicle from Toyota and was promised if anything went wrong on the vehicle for 3 years It would be covered under warranty. Thousands of dollars later and still within my warranty coverage greg Leblanc wouldn’t warranty a battery. Then when I express my concern I am made out to be rude when I was simply stating facts. And I still ended up having to buy a battery. Contacted Toyota and they are working on a reimbursement.

Looked for about 3 months for a suv undecided what to get went to barker Honda and the lady won’t say name basically told me I couldn’t afford what I wanted went look at Toyota and left that night with 2018 highlander leather seats DVD player and lots more love � love it �
My husband and I bought our 16 year old her car this week and could not be more pleased. Donna Lodrigue was amazing and did an excellent job with the sale and the entire process. I highly recommend Greg Leblanc Toyota and ask for Donna !!!!
