How is it a customer purchases a vehicle with you guys vehicle acts up out of state so you take it to a dealer there to find out it's a recall they do the first part of the recall problem reoccurs two weeks later so bring it in to y'all and y'all want to say we may have to pay for it or bring it back to the state that the process was started then oh nothing wrong with it and so on customer service on my last few visits has been rather rude it shouldn't matter who started the process a recall is a recall and business is busin... read more

Jeremiah Matthews was awesome! He treated me with great respect, and didn't try to push or hurry me into buying a car. I had been to several car dealerships around Houma and NOLA and most were too fake or were pressuring me too much just to make a sale. They also gave me a great deal.
