My 2015 Santa Fe has needed some TLC the last 6 months to keep it in its best condition. I have really appreciated the technician, Kenny and customer service guy, Josh, for walking me thru the process and breaking the maintenance into, what is now, 4 visits. My car is running great and my budget has not been broken! The free Starbucks coffee machine and comfortable waiting area certainly helps. Thank you!
The master mechanic went out of his way to help me out. It's really appreciated. Will recommend to anyone with a Hyundai.
The guys went above and beyond to help me fix my car. They were good about communicating and were very professional and kind. So far the work that was done has been done correctly And everything is great. I will say that I think I was overcharged for the things I paid for to be fixed, but Other than it being expensive, I was happy with the service I received.
I appreciated how easy it was to schedule an appointment and the transparency about the timeline for my oil change and recall repair. Rick explained everything to me and was very helpful - I bought my car here and will continue to return to this service department even though I live an hour away as I appreciated the service and attentiveness I received!
