Thanks to everyone here for helping me get my car back in working condition. Only took a couple days and they gave me a loaner to get me by until then. Big shout out to Dakota and Josh, you guys were amazing.
I had an appointment to get my oil changed on my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe today and also get a recall done. All three of the service advisors were nice but the one taking care of me was Dakota Stalbaum and she was very forthcoming of how long it would take and assured me they would get everything taken care of. Should be privileged to have her on his team. Good job Dakota!!

They quickly and professionally took care of the recalls on my 2011 Tucson, performed a full multi-point inspection, and even sent me a clear video of the undercarriage along with a detailed list of recommended services.
