Terrible service I had a coupon for an inspection and presented to them. When I went to go get my diagnosis of the vehicle wanted to charge me over 3 grand and didn’t want to give me the paperwork of issues. I own a Ford truck and have had terrible service with them the past month. They are disrespectful, and I will go out of town for a different ford dealership, then the one in Muncie, Indiana. Don’t go to them they are liars and crooks
We have bought 2 cars here with Chet. Great environment and they will find a way to get you into a nice car and get it in your price point. They also offer warranties and maintenance at no extra cost.
