The realtor, Greg Garrett exploited an older couple by taking $4,500.00 for a vehicle valued over $12,000.00 without providing them with the necessary documentation. He takes advantage of seniors and also did not provide a letter to the sellers. His actions demonstrate a lack of trustworthiness, and I would not recommend him for any business,

Don't rent or purchase from them they're racist I have A1, credit, good income, and even offered to pay my rent up 6 months in advance and they denied me to rent property at a certain location but offered to rent me in the locations they saw fit for a married black couple.

The staff here have terrible communication. The property managers never answer nor will call you back. The lady at the front desk is always rude on the phone and never helps. Highly recommend going with a different company.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with your current rental application process. As a prospective tenant, I am deeply concerned by the requirement to submit a full application, including sensitive personal information and a non-refundable fee, before being allowed to view the property in person. This practice seems unreasonable and places an unfair burden on applicants.
