Terrible communication and zero resolution. Ignored Diagnostic Input: Both my personal code reader and another shop flagged specific issues on my truck. I just purchased a 2026 Canyon Denali I drove from Kamloops to deal with Greg Gardner gmc. They were super honest with the numbers. The staff was very good to me. They gave me a couple extras out the door no charge. I would definitely recommend them if you’re shopping for a vehicle.

I was extremely disappointed with the pricing for services on my 2023 GMC Yukon XL 3.0L Duramax. I brought my Yukon to Greg Gardner Motors for an oil change and fuel filter replacement, which came to approximately $623. The price seemed excessive, so I called Wheaton GMC in Kamloops the same day for a quote for the exact same services on the exact same vehicle. Their total was $481.41 including tax — over $140 less.
