Best experience yet no waiting totally professional and courtesy
My experience with this dealership's service department has been extremely disappointing. The staff consistently display a lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect toward customers. Rather than properly diagnosing and addressing issues, they tend to apply temporary "quick fixes" that fail to resolve the actual problem. Was pretty sad to see they pulled my credit 5 times in 2 days and my husbands 3 times while looking into financing. They didn’t inquire or inform us they would be doing multiple credit pulling which everyone knows ultimately hurts your credit more. I didn’t end up going through with it and I’m glad I didn’t!
Piss poor service department. Stay away from these crooks. Super unprofessional when called out on their work/ service. Do yourself a favor and avoid having anything to do with them.
