I bought my Envista today from the dealership, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Everything was very smooth and hassle-free. Darcy was extremely helpful and patient, and he took the time to explain everything clearly.
I just want to say thank you so much to Corey, the service manager at the Greg Gardner GMC dealership. We had such a wonderful experience working with him. Unfortunately, our Yukon broke down on our way home from Whistler, but Corey was able to get us into the shop the same day, quickly diagnose the issue, and even had the parts in stock and the vehicle repaired that same day. Phone rings forever. No holiday hours listed anywhere. I fear for the warranty work that needs to be done on my brand new truck that won't start as of Christmas eve.
Unprofessional, Discourteous, Unmotivated. These are a few words of many I would use to describe the sales manager and team at Greg Gardner GM. Went in with full intentions to purchase a vehicle, but this sales team couldn't sell hay to a farmer. Manager and sales team seemed uninterested in selling me a vehicle and it seemed like I was inconveniencing them asking common questions when purchasing a 50k$+ vehicle. During a cross country trek, check engine light came on while in a remote location near Whistler, BC. Drove directly to Gardner Mortors. In spite of a very busy day, service department was able to run a scan to determine that it was a non essential issue. Very impressed by the service at this dealership!
