OK, this is Rachel Davenport and sitting with oleta Van Meter. We rented 14th and Jefferson from this man. We paid $2197 a month. It was unlivable conditions and I mean seriously. The snow and rain came in the house. There was lead paint throughout the house. There's 3 different heating systems and one of them sounded like it was going to come off the floor and walk.
