Greg always seemed like a sensible and genuinely nice guy, but his recent stance on Ai is abhorrent and he should absolutely be ashamed. Nobody is gonna wanna buy your properties if quality of living drops here because of Ai data centers. You really think rolling blackouts, noise pollution, and a lack of water pressure is going to sell people on your properties? From everyone living here in the northland, do better.
