Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Not that I have seen Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are helpful and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Dr.R. is knowledgable in diagnosis and treatment of all kinds of foot/ankle problems. Go to him first if you really need help.
