Please teach your employees how to drive a work truck. Obviously they have no idea what they’re doing. One of your men almost plowed the back end of my car today because he was riding my ass and not paying attention.
I paid $800 to repair a roof leak. They went four times and it continued to leak. When I told them I was sending another contractor I was told my money would be returned. It was not and I cannot get them on the phone. The other contractor fixed the leak the first time.
Three weeks of promises to get a quote never came to fruition and got a final text that they ‘can’t talk right now’. Trying to be respectful of the shortage of skilled labor but I feel they over promise on services they offer (metal standing seam, metal screw down, and asphalt) but no building science methods explained.
Fast very very professional. Any problems later they have someone there to take care of it quick. Highly recommend.
