I’m very disappointed with the level of service I received. After being quoted for the job and accepting the pricing, no one ever showed up to complete the work. I made multiple phone calls and sent several emails trying to follow up. When I finally received a return call, I was told they believed the job had already been completed—which was clearly not the case. This is an amazing company that is quick to respond to problems. I contacted this company on Monday 03/02 by my neighbor's recommendation. Scott called and texted me the same day and told me he would come out the next day. He came out, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by the end of that same week. One of my cables got wound up on the spring bar. A friend recommended Greer Overhead Door. Scott was at my home is less than 2 hours and fixed everything. He also explained to me why the door cable unwound and got tangled. Scott did a great job. The door works flawless and is more quiet because the main spring was never installed correctly. I recommend Greer Overhead Door.
Update November 2025 The time came to replace our original (now 40 year old) garage door, and of course I called Scott. He provided the same, prompt professional service he did on the opener replacement nearly 10 years ago!
