Update November 2025 The time came to replace our original (now 40 year old) garage door, and of course I called Scott. He provided the same, prompt professional service he did on the opener replacement nearly 10 years ago! We had a terrible experience with this company. We ordered a garage door that had to be custom manufactured and were required to pay in full upfront. We paid July 21st. We were told production would take about three weeks, but installation didn’t happen until October 6th, more than twelve weeks later, and only after we threatened to dispute the charge with our credit card company. I had Greer Overhead install my garage door about 3 years ago and it has been great. Recently the door unit had been acting up and not responding. I reached out and he came out make adjustments and a repair, no charge, and door works like new! Would definitely recommend this company!
