We stay in this property for more than a year now. Proximity to 40th st trolley portal is the main advantage. We are well connected to center city and to any suburb with easy reach to 30th st station. Airport is 20 mins away by car and train from Penn Station makes it easy to reach within 30 min when we have less luggage on hand. The groceries shopping includes ACME chain store, Asian groceries, good restaurants to serve global palette are all available in the vicinity in walkable distance.
