We saw Vander’s work at a neighbor’s home and the great improvement inspired us to contact him and get an estimate to update two areas of our home. He responded very quickly and gave us an estimate that I thought was very reasonable, so we asked him to remove the tub in a guest bathroom and replace with a walk in shower. Vander recently repaired our bathroom shower. He did an excellent job! During the entire process, he explained - what he was doing - why he was doing it - and what caused the problem. I really appreciated being kept up to date and gaining an understanding of the process. He also repaired several vinyl planks in our kitchen and again explained everything! Highly recommend him!

I rarely post anything, but I felt a personal obligation to right this review in regards to the outstanding work, time put in, and care that "Vander Braflat " of Greenyell-o Flooring Solutions, put into installing new hardwood floors and stairs in the bonus room at my home here in Jacksonville.
