Edit 8/31/25: I have found Greenworks' customer service to be good. They reached out to me and offered a refund, and so there is clearly attention that goes into resolving concerns that customers may have. Rather than altering my original review, I will leave it up so that others may have a more thorough understanding of my experience with this company. Terrin did an exceptional job at identifying defects on my pre closing inspection. the detailed inspection reports with clear instructions and pictures to easily identify the defects were really helpful. I will definitely work again with Terrin and Greenworks for any inspection related work.
Hunter Holiedy was our inspector. He was on time and very efficient with completing the inspection items. He was very responsive to every question asked provided detailed explanation. Overall satisfactory experience.
Just had my future home inspected by Todd Hartman, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He showed up on time, walked me through everything. What I appreciated most was how down to earth and easy he was to talk to. He explained things in a way that actually made sense , and pointed out stuff I wouldn’t have even thought to look at. Matt Pena did a phenomenal job with the 11 month inspection of our home - better than I ever thought possible. As in the pre closing inspection, he demonstrated an exceptional level of attention to detail.
