This was literally one of THE worse experiences I’ve had and it’s still ongoing. Dave was ok, he was friendly, the inspection which he suddenly wasn’t covering half of what I was sold on the phone took over 2 hours. He spoke way too loud even over my earbuds. And when he was done pressured me, in my bedroom, to give him a good review. This is beyond inappropriate. I explained I wait to leave reviews when the job is finished. Had a home inspection done today by Daniel Cepeda and I was really happy with how it went. The inspector showed up right on time, looked professional, and was super friendly throughout the whole process. He walked me through some of the things he was checking—like the electrical system and microwave —and explained what he was doing in a way that made it easy to understand.
