Extremely thrilled with this company. They showed up within 30 mins cuz they were in the area..unclogged my main line. I understand that companies have to turn a profit. I have worked with Greenwood sewer service in the past so when my sewer was backing up again they were my first call. Throughout the day I spoke to them 3 times, they arrived after 4:30 pm, looked in the manhole and told me to call the city to clean it out and then charged me $85 for a full trip charge when they barely stepped foot onto my property. They could have easily suggested that I contact the city over the phone, but then they wouldn't have been able to charge me a t... read more
We had Greenwood come out and snake our lines. When I went to clean the floor I notice that there were deep grooves and scratches in the marble on 10 marble tiles. The scratches went from the wood floor in the hallway straight across to in front of the toilet and diag'nal to the toilet. There was also a gouge in the plaster of the bathroom wall. Mike the owner came out and looked at it and told us that it had to have been done by someone else because his service uses dropcloths. I disagreed and he took pictures of the floor ... read more
