Very slow response. I think they only look at emails once a day. And they only answer one question at a time. Before I knew it, the car I wanted was sold.
I was happy with my experience at Hubbard. Our salesman, Jared O'Hara, was competent, thorough and very pleasant to deal with. I purchased this car, and, so far, am very pleased with it. It was exactly what I was looking for.

The dealer experience was fantastic. We ended up purchasing the 2016 GMC Terrain. The whole process was great and everyone went out of their way to be nice and and see to it that we had a great experience. Just two little things to mention as we did not receive a full tank of gas (slightly under 1/2 tank) and I did not receive the requested report as to what work was done on the car once they received it from whomever. Other then that, it was a great experience.
I'm glad he call me the feed back help me decide what car to decide on.
