Me and my mom have been living here for 11 years now it’s been pretty good. I like it a lot.
At first it seems like a nice place to live but this is what happens after you move in. You are going to be at the mercy of whatever kind of management you have at the moment. Sometimes you get managers that harass you and give out Petty write-ups and cause you stress . Or you may end up with a friendly one but either way they're never going to tell you that your rent will continue to go up 10% every single year that you are here and it just keeps going and going.
