At first it seems like a nice place to live but this is what happens after you move in. You are going to be at the mercy of whatever kind of management you have at the moment. Sometimes you get managers that harass you and give out Petty write-ups and cause you stress . Or you may end up with a friendly one but either way they're never going to tell you that your rent will continue to go up 10% every single year that you are here and it just keeps going and going. Love the pool
I been here for a few years now and I really like it here.
I lived at Greenwood Village Apartments for about 2.5 years and it was truly a lovely and safe home for me and my 4 year old daughter. These apartments are extremely well kept, always up to date, and clean! Lisa is super helpful and is always prompt in getting back to me any time I've reached out! Maintenance is also quick to respond and address any issue that may arise. I am so grateful for my time spent there and in fact I miss it!
