Maintenance Tech arrived in the time frame assigned. There were two issues. The first was smoke detector was beeping. It was a 10 year one that had been installed less than a year ago. Tech found it was defective and replaced with new one. The second issue was a few days later. I found a couple of small puddles of water near my stove. I was not sure where it came from. Horribly managed. Always trashed and homeless entering 24/7 lately. Stay away
Maintenance Tech arrived in the time frame assigned. I explained the situation. There has been an issue with the smoke detectors not working. She replaced one of them. The others will be replaced if they continue to not work properly. Tech was professional and listened to my concerns; she addressed them. She was very nice and helpful.
