This company does not operate right. I had to take them to court because they wouldnt do right and although I won a judgment they will not honor it and now I have to go back to court

Ive had numerous issues with Oxford Apartments in ************* **. The staff wont communicate by email. They are not fixing anything in my unit that I asked for. I put work orders in they respond by saying my work order has been fixed when in fact it has not. I called maintenance after hours cause my AC went out. The guy that answered told me **** a d*** Sexual harassment? Hi, I live in ******************************* in *************. Since the property has been managed by Greenwood Star the tenants have suffered. The neighborhood is very unclean due to the maintenance crew not blowing down the stairways and parking lots like before. Spider webs and trash is starting to be seen everywhere throughout the bldgs.
