I spoke to the provider (Reena) and the office manager. Just a horrible experience. I had to call a few times to get a response, and once the initial appointment was established, I got a call from them to let me know that they were moving the appointment back two months as there were no openings for primary care. Apparently they limit the visits for Primary Care and move them around at will; seems to defeat the purpose of being primary care. Just bizzare. I recently visited Greenwood Clinic and Med Spa for a laser treatment and am happy with the results.
