By their “gate,” their sign says luxury apartments so I think it’s fair to judge them by luxury standards since that’s what they advertise. By those standards I’d give them a 2. When you first come in you’ll see a gate and think “oh cool. Access is restricted at night so my car is safer.” This is true as long as a criminal doesn’t decide to enter through the exit side that is left wide open 24 hours. Going on 2 years here with my family, and they've been great. Our service requests have always been fulfilled on-time and the grounds are well kept.
I was sent to collections in error on their end even though I lived here over two years ago and paid that balance off as soon as I got the bill . They were very unprofessional and rude while trying to get this matter resolved. I was left on hold and hung up on . The e-mail situation was just as bad it took so long to even get a response . Would recommend keeping documents incase this happens to you all .
