They were quick to install a new hot water heater. They keep the lawn mowed, doing a nice job on edging. The view of the courtyard is just lovely. Hailey communicates with me and takes an interest in what I have to say. Location is great! Stores across the street, Walmart and Planet Fitness are a block away.
They allow certain tenants to smoke in there apartments even after numerous complaints and rules stating no smoking. Our upstairs unit stunk of cigarette and weed smoke from the unit below us. The plumbing was pieced together under the sinks with what looked like universal scraps. The floors were very weak and bouncy (rotten) in a few spots, felt like you would fall through. Our breakers would constantly blow due to half the apartment being on one breaker that was very old. They tried to charge for existing damage upon move ... read more
