Dr. Louer is a great doctor and the office is very polite. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
I had to do the best thing for my dog, but the worst for me on Thursday afternoon... First I apologize because I don't remember the female techs name... But her and Dr Louer treated Dante like he was their own... He was very uncomfortable and they brought him a comforter to lay on and did all they had to do with him on the floor on their knees... We are new to GWAH and are already very impressed with their service! During our first visit with our new dog the staff was friendly and we could tell they sincerely love what they do. They even went out of their way to mail us a rebate for medication that we purchased weeks prior along with a copy of our invoice so that I could easily request the rebate. We are so glad we chose Greenwood Lake Animal Hospital to care for our pets!
