I called to get a patient help weaning off of medicine. I am new to this and chose them to start with. I even asked the lady when I called if she could either help or direct me to someone else. Both ladies I spoke to were rude and couldn’t even offer me any kind of help. I definitely wouldn’t send any family members to an office like this that couldn’t be bothered by me calling.
