I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had Casey as our realtor and the experience was bad. The longer we looked for houses the less communication we received. It felt as if she was tired of helping us look for a house. When we finally found the house we wanted to buy Casey was not there for us, she had her "people" help us. Casey was not there for closing and after we closed on the house we never heard from her again. Poor professionalism. Do better.
The Greenwood Homes Realty team was phenomenal! We were working with Natalie for about a month before we had an accepted offer. As first time home buyers, we had no experience and little knowledge of the market we were in. Natalie was knowledgable and informative, ensuring we understood the process and felt comfortable with what we were getting into.
