Nick Becker is an amazing professional and great at customer service and putting his clients first! Greenwood builds a very nice home and is good at including quality materials and craftsmanship at a reasonable price point for the market. I always enjoy working with their team!
While the construction and the house was fine, the post community support is absolutely not. Greenwood states they want to build communities but then continues to prioritize future profits over existing homeowners. Basic promises of amenities have not been kept; the Lew Dewitt connector road has been in process for years. The "Park" is absolutely nonexistent. This was a very pleasant and smooth buying process. My rent, like most rentals in this area, had started to skyrocket. I decided it was time to find a place of my own. While it’s still growing and coming together, Creekwood is a fantastic place to live. The location couldn’t be better. You’re right around the corner from plenty of stores and restaurants. Currently building our dream home with Greenwood Homes. What originally drew us to Greenwood is the quality of the build and what would be an upgrade with another builder is standard with them. We were thoroughly impressed with their homes. What drew us to Waynesboro was the PRICE! Quality builder that builds fantastic homes in Charlottesville for a fraction of the price over the mountain!
