This was a very pleasant and smooth buying process. My rent, like most rentals in this area, had started to skyrocket. I decided it was time to find a place of my own. Currently building our dream home with Greenwood Homes. What originally drew us to Greenwood is the quality of the build and what would be an upgrade with another builder is standard with them. We were thoroughly impressed with their homes. What drew us to Waynesboro was the PRICE! Quality builder that builds fantastic homes in Charlottesville for a fraction of the price over the mountain!
I Have been in a lot of homes while searching for a new home and knew the vision I was looking for. Then came to Greenwood homes and I knew from the first look that was the one !!!!!!!Absolutely BEAUTIFUL .
