We would give 10 stars if we could. On 2/11 our service technician Steven L. was amazingly kind and informative. We learned so much and really appreciated his respect and care for us, the house, and especially our furnace. We highly recommend Greenwood. I hope Stephen is available for you. GO TEAM!
Professional, punctual and reliable. But, as many other customers have pointed out, they are obscenely pricey to the point of gouging. I would trust their opinion for a diagnostic (which wasn't cheap either) but, before you sign up for the actual repair, do some shopping around and almost certainly you will find businesses that will do the same job for half the cost - or do it yourself.
