Professional, punctual and reliable. But, as many other customers have pointed out, they are obscenely pricey to the point of gouging. I would trust their opinion for a diagnostic (which wasn't cheap either) but, before you sign up for the actual repair, do some shopping around and almost certainly you will find businesses that will do the same job for half the cost - or do it yourself.
