Greenwood Glass fixed my door, but the work was not done properly. I was not satisfied with the quality of the repair.
Called them for estimates on a shower door and replacing the glass on a large kitchen window. Waited the fist time 3 hours and no show.. rescheduled and waited for another 3 hours but no show. It really just would’ve taken a phone call but I had to call them. I don’t know how they stay in business.
Avoid at all cost !!! It’s been over 2 months that I’m waiting on a piece of glass for a window frame, they quoted me over $300. But because my tenant wanted the window repaired asap I didn’t hesitate and paid the price. They made me pay a deposit and no one called for an update. Every week I was calling them and they were annoyed to even hear me out . My husband was diagnosed with Cancer and we decided to renovate the downstairs shower to handicap. The installation has been going in the every direction imaginable. When Austin and Joey came to install our shower glass, and with all the road blocks I’ve been hitting in this project, I was so hoping this phase would go right. Greenwood Glass was recommended to me by Hunter Cooke construction after having extensive damage from Hurricane Helene. This is the worst company I have used during this stressful time. Since June 10th 2025I have been told every 2 weeks that they would replace a glass door that was shattered. I have them the money allowed for this by my insurance company.
