Ordered 2 pieces of glass for a cabinet on 9/1 supposed to be ready 9/2. Wasnt ready until 9/3 and when my husband went to pick up they only did 1. He took the door to make sure it fit told the guy we had the original wood to secure the glass the guy stapled the glass in anyway. Staples were place too tight and with the heat the following day the glass cracked at the staple. Good communication with giving updates on when glass would be available and ready to install. Fast service, the installation took less than an hour.
Greenwood Glass fixed my door, but the work was not done properly. I was not satisfied with the quality of the repair.
Called them for estimates on a shower door and replacing the glass on a large kitchen window. Waited the fist time 3 hours and no show.. rescheduled and waited for another 3 hours but no show. It really just would’ve taken a phone call but I had to call them. I don’t know how they stay in business.
Avoid at all cost !!! It’s been over 2 months that I’m waiting on a piece of glass for a window frame, they quoted me over $300. But because my tenant wanted the window repaired asap I didn’t hesitate and paid the price. They made me pay a deposit and no one called for an update. Every week I was calling them and they were annoyed to even hear me out .
