Wasn't much fond being sent here when there were definitely closer options. However, I got what I came for after weeks of dealing with the state ran DHEC. Doctors were very friendly and was able to get in and out easily. Big building and plenty of parking.
Calling from out of state 5 times today (it's currently 3:24 PM) and I've gotten the answering machine.
