When l came in today one of the exam rooms was closed so l felt something was amiss. Unfortunately an individual had had to put her pet to sleep. The front staff was absolutely so so kind to the pet owner. I know their job is not an easy one. Phones ringing, sick animals, but l will always remember how the clinic treated this sad pet owner with kindness.
