Sloppy service and they burned and ruined our lawn. Use a different service provider who really cares.
I called to schedule an appointment with them to get a quote on lawn care services. They didn't have anyone who could come out for over 2 weeks. I decided to wait. I was told I would receive an email confirmation. After not receiving an email, I called the day before to confirm. They confirmed with me and gave me a time frame. NEVER TRUST this company! In my opinion/experience, they did a "Bait and Switch" tactic with me when I was looking for a quotation! I contacted Greenwise the first week of October for a quotation/contract on snow removal services for my apartment building this year. I met with Mark (the previous owner) who was pleasant and gave me several options for how to deal with my needs. The option I selected was a "10-pack" solution where you buy 10 clearings at a time. RecommendedHaving a dog and being concerned about our environment brought me to Greenwise, and since I started working with them, I have a new and better understanding of how to keep a nice looking lawn without putting all those chemicals into the land. They are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have used them for a paver project and it looks terrific. Definitely recommend them!
I tried it this year and my lawn has never looked worse. I would appreciate some attention paid to the lawn.
