RecommendedGreenwich St Jewelers are so so amazing. We took my engagement ring (not purchased there) to be fixed, and found out that the white gold was too brittle. The designers at Greenwich custom designed me a brand new engagement ring to better fit my emerald cut stone. The ring they made far exceeded the ring I had dreamed of. I am extremely grateful to Yuko Yamamoto who went the extra mile to get a set of pearls left to me by a family member restrung. The way the pearl necklace was originally constructed made it difficult to figure out but Yuko's patience and careful analysis of how it was strung was the key to success. We visited a few jewelers before finding Greenwich Street Jewelers. What a total gem (ha!). In other places, I always felt like they weren’t listening to me or what I wanted and were always trying to sell me what they wanted. Not with Christina and the other salespeople. It felt like she totally got me, empathized with how I was feeling, and somehow knew more than I did the kind of rings I wanted. She made such great suggestions and is so stylish. It was a wonderful experience start to finish and I highly recommend them.
Greenwich St. Jewelers was recommended to us by Joel at Crawford Jewelry & Watch Co., as my fiance (now husband) was interested in a meteorite wedding band, and Greenwich St. carries some Chris Ploof, which is one of the few designers we were able to find with that material incorporated. We worked with Grace, who was very helpful and not salesy or pushy at all!
