As I just said to my wife, it’s amazing when a company not only follows up, unprompted, on an equipment issue, but does it so professionally and thoroughly. From texting a photo of the service technician to explaining each step of a propane-related repair, New England Propane is the just the best. Shane and Gus each showed up quickly and took the time to walk us through what needed to be done; both were professional AND friendly.
New England Propane Service and installation is top notch. The process is seamless from beginning to end. From removing the old tank and placing the new tank in a new underground location. They are true professionals giving you daily updates with the project. The project process is quick and perfect. Definitely would recommend them. I am a very happy customer.
