New England Propane has been a pleasure to deal with. They communicate exactly what’s happening every step of the way.
I’m pleased with they service, Connor is super ez to work with which making all process very smooth! New England Propane is highly recommended.
The Technicians at New England Propane (Keith and Gus) did a truly professional job at restoring and cleaning my aging pool heater. We thought it needed to be replaced but they carefully and methodically cleaned the burners and removed all the debris from the winter and the heater is now working like new! These folks and frankly everyone at New England Propane are highly professional in every way. Thank you New England Propane for years of top drawer service to our home.
As I just said to my wife, it’s amazing when a company not only follows up, unprompted, on an equipment issue, but does it so professionally and thoroughly. From texting a photo of the service technician to explaining each step of a propane-related repair, New England Propane is the just the best. Shane and Gus each showed up quickly and took the time to walk us through what needed to be done; both were professional AND friendly.
New England Propane Service and installation is top notch. The process is seamless from beginning to end. From removing the old tank and placing the new tank in a new underground location. They are true professionals giving you daily updates with the project. The project process is quick and perfect. Definitely would recommend them. I am a very happy customer.
