Staff are amazing. They kept this building pretty clean and in good working condition even with all the business of the area. I wish I could have taken Scott and Liz with me to my new apartments. They always went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed, often quick responses for any maintenence calls. I did find the area to be too busy and high traffic for long term living but if you are the type who can thrive in an area like the east side I'd recommend this place.

Love the new guy management very professional and approachable easy to speak with. If there is any issue he make sure it is handled in a professional yet timely manner unlike the other woman manager, Andrea who has an bad attitude and she is NOT approachable or professional and do NOT handle things in a timely manner. If she don't like you she'll show it in how she handle you as a tenant/guest and you will not catch her smiling so many of us when we see her keep walking when she is here. The property management is extremely difficult to contact and they refuse to return phone calls. I last time i spoke with them they refused to answer any of the questions i had in regard to my lease and when i asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to give me their contact info. I could not beleive how rude they were on the phone.

Great customer service Raphael and Andrea are the best property managers I’ve ever seen they are very nice and have patience with working with their applicants.
