These guys are UNRELIABLE I called Thursday to set an appointment for Saturday. Took me four times to get anyone on the phone after numerous hang ups. It was set for 10-11 am. By Noon, no one showed or called. I called the office again. 5 times to reach them. (Only because their address was within walking distance of mine did I persist). We set it for 4pm. 4:15, no show. Great Service These guys are excellent for emergency and anything you need done everyday. I had a backed up sewer before a big party i was hosting a few weeks ago and called them up. I had a guy there within an hour and he was able to unclog it and my party was saved. i recommended them to anyone i know.
Great Plumber I woke up to a pipe burst in my house, so I frantically called Greenwich Emergency Plumbing and Heating. They were at my house within a matter of twenty minutes. I am so thankful for them. They took care of everything, so nothing in my house got ruined by water damage.
