We’ve been living at The Lory of Greenway for several months now, and initially chose this community for several key reasons: the safe and quiet environment, great amenities like the pool, and — most importantly — the welcoming and responsive onsite management team, Lauren and Tera. We originally got a place here thinking we would buy later but have been so happy with Lauren and her staff that we have been here nearly 4 years now. Great community and Lauren & staff treat us like family. Plan on staying for years to come and just re-signed our lease.
In 2017, I began my search for a new home here in Paducah, and that’s when I first met Lauren, the property manager at Greenway Village. At the time, there were no available units, but she kindly took the time to show us her own personal home just so we could get a feel for the place. That meant the world to me. I’ve chosen to live at Greenway Village on three separate occasions since 2016, and I can honestly say it’s my number one choice for apartment living in Paducah. Over the past nine years, I’ve witnessed this property transform from a neglected space into a clean, welcoming, and well-managed community — and much of that credit goes to the current management team. It’s completely gorgeous here, property management was friendly at first then turns, no one follows any kind of rules or even common decency, but it will take a long time to turn this place back into a family friendly, its more of a club atmosphere with the property manager playing the ring leader, such a promising community but will definitely catfish you :(
