I concur with the comments below. Customer service has been completed horrible, the only way to get a response is to talk to the district supervisor if and when they answer.
We had a wonderful experience when shopping for our next home. Although there were construction delays at times, the sales reps were very knowledgeable and professional and overall, very nice to work with! For me personally, I knew that they were not to blame for delays, so I did not take any of that personally. We Love our Beautiful home (was worth the wait), and the community. I love my neighbors. Jay was great to work with, but the contractors weren't the best. Always mediocre repairs
