I phoned to make my appointment. The receptionist was very kind and let me choose the time most convenient for me. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment, I was greeted promptly by service personnel. I waited while my car was being serviced. I was kept informed of everything being done. I was asked about needed brake pads and if I wanted to get it done that day. Everyone I came in contact with were most pleasant. I have never had a bad experience at Toyota of the Shoals
