Helped a friend move in. Hallways did smell funny. However his apartment is nice. Great view, he said it was nice and quiet there.
Yes when I took some food to Tammy the halls smelled bad like some dogs pooped and peed everywhere. In need of carpet cleaning bad!! Other wise I didn't see a problem.
