Average apartment complex. Not awful. Not wonderful. Less police activity recently.
This place has roaches everywhere, bed bugs and the residents are buying, selling and sharing their prescription medications and other drugs here. The Monroe Group and Manager doesn't seem to care. I've reported them but nothing has been done. Steer clear.
I have lived here for almost 10 years now and there are some drug problems here but management is trying to rid it of these problems. They have evicted numerous tenants and seem to be working hard to get rid of all of them. I love most of the remodeling done to the apartments. They are currently putting all new siding on the outside and it has really made it look good. I would recommend this complex to retired people and people with disabilities.
