This dealership pry on women, they think women are weak and don't know about car finances and issues with a car. They would sell us anything to just get a commission. The financial officer there will try to have you to sign contracted on over priced used vehicle that has recalls and they don't inspect there vehicle they will sell you a lemon car. I have a long list of complaints towards this dealership for the way they treat their customers. Once they get your money and you drive your car off the lot, you might as well be dog ****on the bottom of their shoe. I have never been treated so horribly and with such disregard as I have with the staff at this dealership. The car had been traded in the same morning I drove it off the lot. Therefore it had not been serviced since it was put on their lot. The car should have never even been sold without it being serviced first.... read more

I don't make an effort to write reviews, but I will make an exception for this septic tank of a dealership! After my visit to this establishment I can honestly say I felt like dog fecal matter on the bottom of their shoes. I have a 2018 Kia Soul! with 61,204 miles on it. I bought it 4 years ago and have had zero issues with it until 2 weeks ago. I was told by this dealership that the engine is blown and needs a new one for $10,000. I had a service and brakes opointment on 2/24/2022. Nothing was wrong with my 2019 kia soul, but needed brakes done . So for that they changed me $256+tax's . For service the said that every 30,000 miles they do a fuel system service and a coolant flush so I said ok and the cost for the service was coolant flush was $169+tax and fuel service was $179+tax in all after a 10%/15% discount I paid $658.47. Very disappointed with service department!! I purchased a hybrid Kia optima and had to have a new engine, hybrid battery and the HPCU module, to which my extended warranty did not cover. I was offered no options, advice or help. All of this happened in a matter of 5 months!!! I've still had to pay my monthly payment, insurance and rental cars. I purchased a used 2012 ***** equinox from KIA Rivergate on 3/20/2021. After I purchased the truck I had to visit the service department on several occasions first for a front drivers tire to be replaced. Then I noticed a clicking noise from the front and back of the truck and also the truck was idling high. Made another appointment to take the truck dropped it off ( had to call the service department THEY didn't call me) to find out they couldn't drive it because it was raining??
