Dealing with this dealership, especially the finance department has been a NIGHTMARE. When I bought my new car I had a trade in which had a personal loan on it. They told me I would get a check for payoff the next week because corporate cut the check. End of the next week came and I hadn’t received my check. I had the deal all set and went to finance department boy things changed. The interest changed from 6.5 to 11%. The total did not show the down payment. Asked about it and said they added a maintenance charge. Shady dealings. I would leave no stars if I could. Women don’t go there they think you won’t ask questions.

I if I could give a zero I would 100 times! Stay away from here they will lie to you constantly! May 25th 2024 went in to inquire about trading my 2023 Sportage and fell in love with the 2022 wolf grey Sorento. About 30 minutes into the process they didn’t want to accept my car as a trade in and told us we can let the loan company repo it..never heard a dealership tell anyone this. Do Not buy from this place!!!! Greenway Kia of Rivergate I have purchased four Kia vehicles not at this location, until now. If I could do it again, I would probably look elsewhere for a vehicle because the experience I had with the salesman. They can be very aggressive and all they see is $$$ sign. They lie to the customers who do not have vehicle knowledge and take advantage of them. I think the should honor their customers when something is wrong they they traded my 2019 sorento for a ******rogue that needed a transmission now they won’t talk to me on the phone when I did they told me they were going to put another one in now I find out that. They lied to me and now I’m without a car

I purchased a 2018 ******Titan from Kia of Rivergate and declined the $3,000 3-year warranty upon purchase. Shortly after, I noticed the brakes were grinding and the air condition was not cooling the truck properly. I took the truck to a shop today (30 days after purchase) and am in need of a total brake repair and major work to repair the AC unit, which will cost over $2,000. This dealership has horrible business practice! I inquired on a 2024 Sorento got called to come down and look at one, when I got to the dealership they showed me a few and asked if they could look at my trade to see what they would give. Once inside the dealership they pulled my credit without my permission then proceeded to tell me that they got me approved for a Telluride not what I was interested in. Purchased new Kia Niro3/9/24. Was not given a chance to see sticker since car had just come in and needed cleaned up. When presented with offer sheet I was assured that the purchase price listed was the sticker price. Big mistake on my part making them show it to me… and I asked them to repeatedly. This dealership conned me to visit their location with false advertising and a blatant lie. An hour and a half, 90 minutes, before arriving at their car lot I called them, spoke with a salesman and asked: “ Your website says you have 4 Kia Carnivals on your lot, do you actually have them physically present so that I could come and see them”?
