After just having my truck serviced 10 days prior it was towed back to them for the same thing then was told I needed another hose that was over $500 come to find out after I had my vehicle towed to another dealer they did not hook the previous hose up correctly and caused it to over heat again trying to charge me for something I did not need. Did not even apologize when I called and brought it to their attention just said okay. They are so disrespectful of peoples hard earned money that they lie about what needs to be fixed... read more

Wish I had purchased my car from somewhere else I purchased a new *** and dropped it off for my 5K oil change. While there I asked for a few issues to be fixed that I was having with my car. 1) Every time I wash my car, the passenger side, the hatchback and behind by gas cap is filled with water and soap. So far not very impressed with this dealership. I've been bounced around for over a week trying to get the OTP by Kelsey and Peyton. 100% do not recommend working with them. They texted me leading me on, and then after waiting 3 days I called to speak to someone who could actually help and I guess this dealership lack anyone competent enough to do so. Terrible and corrupt service department. My engineer failed at 75k miles, should be covered under warranty. They manipulated my service history to show I did not get timely oil changes. I audited my email history and showed that they were cancelling my appointments while my car was getting serviced and would set me up with a different service than intended. I love Daytona Kia. When everyone told me no and some dealerships wouldn't even spend their time with me, Daytona Kia took the time to get me approved and blessed me with a new car. Everyone on here saying bad things about this dealership must have not done their homework and failed to read paperwork before signing. I brought my car in because it was smoking and stalling clear signs of an engine problem. I paid $200 for a diagnostic, only to later find out they never even removed the valve cover where the real issue was. So I paid for a half-done inspection and left with the same problem I came in with.When I returned a second time for the exact same issue, they still didnt identify the problem until after I approved additional repairs. I would never buy another car from this dealership. If you do, I suggest you examine your final purchase agreement figures closely for any signs of deception.I bought a slightly used (2025 car with 3500 miles) vehicle form them. They added a $1,780.08 Used Vehicle Inspection (***) to the purchase price and subtracted $400 form our agreed upon trade in value without my knowledge.
