This place employs scammers, they all work together, deny everything, and have a general manager that is too afraid to speak to an upset customer. They will add charges and then say oh sorry our mistake, but then not fix it. Do not go here, do not sign anything having to do with Body Armor even after they tell you there is no charge. Just outright lie to your face and then double down.If you dont read all of this review and get taken by these guys it is on you.The lies really started the night before. I got on their website and saw a vehicle listed and scheduled a test drive. When I arrived, the sales associate wasnt even there that the system set me up with. They eventually sent out ***, who went around looking for the keys and then into the garage only to come out and tell me that it was on the lift and the keys were with the mechanic. Heads Up Military Families they do not honor the Military Discount and give a huge run around. I am shocked at how dishonest this dealership is. Nathaniel *was my sales person and most shockingly he is in the ******* ******** *****, so to be swindled by another service member is despicable. I explained **** i did not have a key for my wheel locks. I was qouted 30 minutes and $100 to replace the lug nuts on my tires and get a new key. I ge there and $25 addtional for the labor, that was expected. The guy tell me its an hour and a half from the beginning. Comes back, the time qoute is still one and a half hours, but then qoutes me $450 because of the labor involved in getting it off. I initially explained thats what was needed. dont buy from roseville Kia! I was severely overcharged and mislead into purchasing a car with their high-pressure sales tactics and dishonest sales staff! Do not buy a vehicle from Kia of Streetsboro. Slimy, disingenuous, dirty business practices. I was not informed of any mandatory add ons or warranties included in the price of the car, and was sent home to e-sign my documents with nobody to explain what it actually was or why it was mandatory. Upon returning to the dealership the next day to discuss this, we were left waiting for upwards of an hour with no communication from anyone whatsoever.
