I had an issue that caused my Rubicon to go in limp mode on the side of the road. My Jeep was taken by rollback and in 4 hours was already fixed and at my house. When I called to tell them it was on the way the lady was very nice and took care of everything. I was kept up to date via text by Dodge and the dealer. Thank you
Not sure how they stay in business!!!! Told them what I wanted and they just couldn't get past the fact that I didn't want to come rushing into their dealership without some type of agreement on a car!!!!
Charmaine was the best sales lady we've ever encountered. She found out exactly what we wanted and working together with the rest of the amazing staff they made sure we were able to get the car we wanted. There was now rushing us into a decision no pushy sales tactic just listening and explaining any questions we may have. Actually Charmaine answered our questions before we even asked.
