What can I say about the Greenway Team - Steve and Courtney are efficient, conscientious, very qualified and reliable. With an urgent request for carpet cleaning, we were booked in as soon as possible. Courtney had excellent communication skills and took the time to explain their carpet cleaning process and their use of non-toxic products. No way to sugar coat it - our sick canine suffered a "fecal emergency" in the middle of the night and wasn't able to wake us. So she did what she thought was the next best thing and left a huge, brown, liquid mound on the wall-to-wall carpet in the spare room! Yuck! After cleaning up what we could, we were left with what we figured would be a permanent, ugly, brown stain.
